Please read the following contract terms and conditions:-

Booking Fee - A deposit of £100 is payable when the client signs this contract. This amount will be deducted from the total price. No dates will be held until the signed form and deposit is returned.

Payments - The balance is payable one week prior to the wedding. No preview will be released without payment in full.

Cancellation - The client may cancel this contract at any time prior to the wedding. The client shall forfeit the deposit. Any further payments made will be forfeited at the photographers discretion.

Copyright - The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the photographer. It is illegal to copy or allow to be copied by any means. The photographer reserves the right to use any photographs for display, exhibition, competition or advertising. If the client purchases photographs as digital files, it is agreed that they may only be used or copied for personal purposes and they may not be used, copied or sold for commercial purposes of for profit without the prior written consent of the photographer who asserts copyright in all photographs.

Solerights - The photographer shall be the sole professional photographer at the wedding. The client will assist the photographer in preventing any interference with his duties.

Re-orders - Shall be treated as an extension of this contract and charged. Files - Will remain the property of the photographer and will be kept for not less than five years for the purpose of re-orders.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by the photographer, liability shall be limited to a total refund of monies paid. The photographer shall offer to retake free of charge within (one month) a reasonable selection of photographs at a time reasonably convenient to the parties at or close to the original venue(s) but shall not be liable for consequential loss however arising including but not limited to the unavailability of subjects or venues or the provision of clothing, flowers, vehicles or for weather, force majeure or other matters beyond the control of the photographer.

The client is recommended to cover excluded matters by insurance.
